next weekend i am going to a wedding...the next weekend i am going to a wedding...and the next weekend i am going to a wedding. i have one really cute dress but ive worn it alot and i dont want to wear it one week after the next. i need a new dress (short and colorful) for someone on a budget, my price range is $0- $30. nothing more. i really need help!!!!!! thanks and ill give out best answer!!!!

3. I say Forever 21. The stuff they have is so cute and affordable! I love their clothes. And especially cute dresses. They aren't exactly dresses, just like, long shirts that go cute with tights! Its a dressy but yet casual. You'd look great.
