Unique yet cheap Party dress needed!!!?

Im going to my friends 18th soon and I need a relatively cheap dress to wear, but one that no-one will have. I live in Kent so either from an online store or typical highstreet

3. I would recommend getting a dress from forever 21. They have nice dresses, and lots of them, very unique. And if you dont want something someone else will have, i would recommend dressing y our dress up, with accesories, thick leggings, open toe mary janes, scarf, earrings, if you need help, just let me know!
