2. I buy lots of clothes on eBay. That way I can afford really fashionable things, even if they have been worn before. Target often has nice party dresses. Alloy.com has very young looking party dresses, usually under $40. Also try Forever21. I don't think the clothes are always well made, but the price is right! These websites are on Ebates.com. 3. Well You can buy at Dots or look on their website they never sell anyting pass $30.00, their avarge prices for dresses are $18.00-$24.00. Or wetseal.com they sell not so pricey clothes around the $35.00 for dresses and below. They are great and hot clothes goodluck. I hoped I helped.
