Cheap Party Dresses

What websites sell sexy, cute party clubbing dresses/shoes that are affordable but not necessarily dirt cheap?

My birthday is coming up, and I'm looking for some classy/sexy dresses and shoes that I can purchase when me and my girls go out. I'm sort of on a budget, but I'd rather pay more for a dress that isn't cheap looking and looks good. I'm kind of in between. Anyone have any suggestions besides Forever 21 (I looked there already) would be greatly appreciated.
