GOOD CHEAP PARTY DRESSES? help!?

7. Wet seal has some great deals as far as dresses. They carry some dresses that aren´t so informal, so you could probably wear it at the events. I bought a dress there full of rhinestones, that got everyone talking about it lol.. www.wetseal.com Forever 21 also has some good deals www.forever21.com But remember, you should go to the store rather than shop online, because they usually have a lot more options for you to choose! 8. Try blooms, styles for less, Basic, forever 21, or JCPenny macys and dillards are kind of pricy but the ones i named have cute nice classy dresses. They can be for formal or casual dresses.
9. Check out consignment stores around you. I don't mean Goodwill or Thrift stores although if you can find a second hand store located near a wealthy neighborhood you could find some good deals. Look in the yellow pages for consignment stores specially in affluent neighborhoods. Do not be discouraged if the store says it specializes in wedding dresses many of those same stores carry cocktail, party and prom dresses as well, so give them a call before you visit them.

13. Buy the first dress; it's gorgeous. For the "second-time-round", take the shoulder straps off, replace with a red "drape" that comes around the front, and flows down the back. You'll be gorgeous.
