Cheap Party Dresses

Please help me find cheap party dresses? PLEASE HELP!?

Very cheap, like $60 and under! I am looking for 2 dresses, one for a Bat Mitzfah and one for a 80's themed Sweet 16. I still need ideas for the Bat Mitzfah but I know that for the Sweet 16 I would like a short, bright red dress. 3. Okay, so i can tell you like short, bright fun dresses. If you live close to a Mandee, Dots, or Rainbow, you can probably find something there that will work. But, department store's get expensive, but some time things on sale work. Also, if you need something cheap don't order from on line. hope I helped!
4. Anchor Blue has just about everything you asked for. Forever 21 does, too.
5. For the Bat Mitzfah dress you could have a TAILOR make it!! Way cheaper!!
