I am going to the city in search of a pretty and reasonably priced dress that I can wear for my sweet sixteen. I am thinking something with sequins! =D But the city is so big and I dont even know where to even begin. Is there any certain street where I can find wholesale party dresses or what not? Please help me and I shall be forever grateful <3
