Where can I get cheap party dresses?

i need a dressy dress for a winter formal and i cant find any cute dresses that are cheap....thaks for your help!!!

5. I was looking for the same and found that Forever 21 and Bloomingdales has the best. For B. you won't find any online though, you have to go and see them yourself because they don't have them all on the website and I found the most amazing ones are not on the website. Luck!!!
6. TK maxx!!!... my most favourite dress is from there... or charity shops... I found the most amazing dress for only 30 euro... but it was too small for me... there were other really nice dresses for prices fron 10-35 euro... so you can find something no matter what budget you have!!

8. if you REALLY want something cheap, go to a secondhand store. I find prom dresses used only once, still brand new, all the time. :)
