Cheap Party Dresses

You know those tiny straps on the sides of strapless dresses and stuff?

Well, I was wondering; What are they for and how would you put them on or use them?

1. I am a guy, and I asked my wife the same question. I will answer it like this. Have you ever seen hangers that have little hooks or slots on them? They are to hold those little straps. A lot of dresses that are strapless, or have a lot of flowing pieces, or weird shapes, etc. have those little straps so they can be hung on hangers more effectively.

3. lmao! cut them off honey. stores use them to put them on hangers. but once you start wearing it, it's just annoying, and GOD FORBID should it pop out in the middle of your evening.

6. You hook them on to the little cut out bits on the hanger so that they don't slip off. I always cut mine out though, I find them so annoying! :)
7. Lol, please do not use them as straps as they're for hanging the items of clothing on the hangers in stores. Once you've bought the item you can take them off my either cutting them with scissors or by pulling them off, it will not rip your clothing as they're made to be taken off again!
8. I used to wonder the same thing - They were so annoying and seemed so pointless! But they are in fact used for hanging them up on hangers (You put the strap things in the little groove or hook on the hanger). But I cut them out of my sundresses, usually. It's up to you if you want to hang them that way or not. I don't think they're that important.
