How to look nicer in a dress like this? 16th birthday?

Ok I've got this party later. And i kinda have to wear this dress even though i don't really particularly want to. But I've agreed to just wear it for my mums sake. It's white with a few floral black patterns on it. Its really tight at the top and its a bit flary at the bottom. There's a black belt/bow on the waist. So what do you think I should do with it to make me look abit more older and sexier? Perhaps accessory wise? And make-up and hair-wise? My hair is long and dark brown. I have a slim, sorta petite shape but i'm tall. Apprantely nice eyes& lips... what do you think I should do?

6. How gorgeous :) Its a bit long but adorable :) Wear smokey eyes and have your hair curled plainish lips cause the eyes will be over the top. With accesories dont wear a necklace but have some statement rings and earings :) Also for shoes wear a cute black pair of heels :) xxx
7. The dress doesn't look bad, although I'm not fond of the tulle on the bottom. (If I had a dress like that, I'd take some scissors to the bottom. LOL.). However, you can accessorize it to give it some pizzaz. Try to look for a nice belt to cinch the waist and make it stand out a bit more. A basic black belt always looks nice, but you could try it in other colors, like red, yellow or turquoise. Those colors on a belt would make it stand out. (Note: Keep the belt very simple. The design on the dress is complicated enough. Something similar to a sash may work too.) As for shoes, you can't go wrong with a pair of sexy black pumps. If your belt is black, make your pumps another color, like red.
