What type of veil should I wear with this dress?
This is my wedding dress http://www.princessbridalgowns.com/Discount_Sophia_Tolli_wedding_gown_y1904_genevieve_Stock.html I’d like to wear a veil with my wedding dress but I’m not even sure a veil would go with this floaty chiffon style, what do you think? And if so what kind of style would you recommend? Long/short, patterned/plain?! Any advice and/or pictures would be really helpful! Thanks!

- I think a cute little birdcage veil is your best bet with that gown http://fashion.officialtips.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/Bandeau-veil.jpg
- That is such a cute dress and congrats! :) I would say a long one with a pattern on the outter edge on the left side so it makes a J on the outter half of the veil. I chose the left because there isn't so much detail from the dress on that side so you can pull it off without it looking cluttered
- Because of the chiffon layer on your dress, I would get a veil that is of fine netting, not stiff tulle, so there is freedom of movement, like in the dress skirt. With strapless dresses, I personally like veils that go to the waistline or one that is fingertip length. With the elegance of your dress, I would go with a patternless veil without a rolled or overcast hemline. Know this: when there is an overcast hem line on a veil (a hem that consists of closely stitched threads), that hemline creates a white line, outlining your veil hem. Sometimes brides are surprised how this hemline is so very obvious in their photographs. So, keep that in mind when selecting our veil. I like veils that are hem less or have a slightly scalloped bridal lace sewn to the hemline.
- You could go with a poly chiffon veil that is sold here: http://veilubridal.com/chiffon-wedding-veils-discount.htm
