where can i find cute and cheap party dresses for sorority events?

i like dresses from places such as Forever 21, Love Culture, and Charlotte Russe. If anyone could suggest any other places that have similar dresses with similar prices it would be appreciated!

I work at Charlotte Russe, and right now they're having a HUGE sale and their party dresses are $5. (Yes, $5. No typos). I don't know if there are any left at your local store (and I assume your store should be having the same sale), but the sale has been going on since I think last Thursday and things are going fast so they may not have your size. But it's worth a shot--you can't get any cheaper than that!
I was just in H&M yesterday and they had SO MANY cute party dresses for $10 and $15. If you have an H&M store near you, I would definitely check it out.
Alloy and Delias's are really good for that kind of thing. Perhaps Express, as well.
