Is it safe to buy a flower girl dress from ebay or DHgate?

I want to buy 2 flowergirl dresses/ pageant dresses for my girls. I do not have any such store in our area, so I need to buy online. Is it a good idea to buy from ebay or DHgate? I had a talk with a DHgate supplier. He was ready to make 2 dresses as per the given designs and even offered good discount (2 dresses for $180). But I'm not sure if the quality will be as promised. Please share if you have any such experience.

1. I'm not sure what DHgate is, but ebay or etsy.com are both good places to try.

3. Ebay is a reputable site. Just be careful of seller's feedback. Look for 95 percent or higher.
4. ebay may be safe than others I think.
