Cheap Party Dresses

Where can I get EXTREMELY cheap dresses for a Hollywood Celebrities themed party?

I want to have a Hollywood Celebrities themed parties. I want everybody to wear sparkly dresses that look somewhat like what stars would wear to the Oscars, Emmys, VMAs, etc., but I don't want them to have to go buy dresses. Is there any place I can get really cheap ones? They don't have to be very good quality.
