where can i buy a cute party dress for cheap?

hey..so im going to a partyy tomorrow and i need help finding a dress...i dont really care what color it is..i like all colors..and im 13 but im only 4'10 haha im rellyy small so yah. and i cant be to short...like near my knees or thighs?? and it cant be expensive...plz help thank you

2. FOREVER 21 !!!! it is the only place to go. if not, try target or even walmart. if you have to, buy a simpler dress and pop it up with some big bright jewelery or a flash hair accessory, like a headband with a flower on it or a peacock feather or something. have fun!

5. Like everyone else is saying, forever 21 of course. they have really cute dresses. Also if u have a ross or marshals near you, you should check that out. I find great dresses there. And last but not least amiclubwear has awesome dresses. some can be kind of sexy but look around and they are totally cute AND affordable. Hope I helped.
