Best way to keep strapless tops & dresses in place?....?
I have some really cute strapless dresses & tops, but as all ladies know, strapless equals a constant battle with gravity. And I always have a problem with the edge of my top or dress folding into my strapless bras. I am small-framed with a small chest, so there's definitely not much that 'naturally' holds my top or dress up, if you know what I mean. And I definitely can't go completely bra-less. I've considered the little adhesive bra 'petals', such as what Frederick's of Hollywood offers, but feel like they would appear to flatten my chest, which I don't want. Or maybe the self-adhesive backless, strapless 'bras' also, but am unsure of how natural the look would be. I've also considered, & am leaning towards, getting the little clothing adhesive tapes, to hold my top or dress in place. Ladies, any thoughts/suggestions would be SO much appreciated. Thanks so much!

- Mastectomy is the solution.
- wig tape works. Bumper Crop, be sensible - that would mean that she had even less to hold her dress up!
- I don't really wear strapless but my sister does. I think the clothing adhesive tape would be your best bet. I've heard a lot of people recommend it and I hear it works well.
- I am in a similar situation, but I really almost always just go braless (why not?). I have tried the two-sided tape, and it can work, but it is uncomfortable. Now I just have any strapless dresses I buy taken in by my seamstress so they stay up.
- i suggest getting measured for a good strapless bra and take one of your tops with you when trying them on that way you will get a better idea, and buy a nude colour that way it will go with every colour of dress or top you have. good luck
- Clothing adhesive tape for the material.
- Use fashion tape or double-sided tape. Personally, I'd use double-sided tape. Cheaper, and a lot more useful in the long run.
- The stick on "chicken cutlets" that hook together in the front really work.
- try pulling it up in the bathroom where no one will c u- and just give it a good tug, and keep your arms down- your arms will hold the dress to your body- and don't worry about it- or else everyone else there will know, and sry, but probubly laugh
