women/girls, how do you keep your strapless dresses up?

i was shopping in new look today and i found a lovley green strapless dress, i tried it on and well it doesnt look right because im big up top, so does anyone no anyway to keep a strapless bra up, and the strapless dress up on a night out?? PLEASE HELP!!!

1. BOOB TAPE!! You can get it from like anne summers, its jsut like double sided sticky tape that you put across your chest and stick the dress to it :) and maybe try a real strong push up bra? Theres always the option of the bras with a clear strap that goes like a halterneck, you could wear your hair down so it would cover that?
