Do strapless dresses look good on flat-chested girls?

I'm flat-chested and I want to wear a strapless to a sweet 16 tomorrow but i don't know if it looks good. what do you think?

2. I really don't think so. because I thought strapless dresses was to accentuate the breasts if you have them
3. That depends. It's annoying because you don't have anything there, so it will keep falling down and you'll have to keep fixing it. Unless it's got bones (like in corsets and it's fitted tightly and snugly on your chest. I've never won one before because none fits me properly, but I found one that was tailored, fitted, lined and va-va--voom! Avoid elastic dressed.
4. lol it depends...if ur a little girl well then yea duh....give her a few more years. but if your already like a teenager, kind of old then no...theres always padded bras tho. next resource the restroom
5. It would work a lot better if you wear your hair down. If you were to have your hair up and have a plain strapless dress, it probably wouldn't work as well. It also helps if you have some sort of detailing around and just under the bust area. For example, lace, sequins, ruffles, a ribbon, or even a belt. You don't want the area to be plain, as it will just look even more flat. Horizontal stripes around that area will help it stand out and disguise your flat chest. If you wish, wear a strapless push-up bra or padding.
6. Usually, not really. Strapless accenturates the breasts. I usually like T-shirts with a cute print on flat-chested girls, it makes them look playful and sweet. What you can otherwise do is stuff your bumpers a little. Not too much, because ofcourse the people will notice something's ''changed'' about you. Just enough to give the dress some curve.
7. No... being flat-chested is horrible and strapless dresses definitely won't look good. It will just emphasize the fact that u have no boobs even more. You'll look like a 10 year old.
8. Don't wear your hair up and get a padded bra, you should be fine if you do those two things.
9. just put some padding in! hehe cuz strapless dresses are so you know loosish at the top for ur boobs. and if you dont fit snuggly in em. its not that much of a good idea. oh and put a necklace on. it will ya know accentuate you neck and how thin and pretty it is.

12. Everything looks good on a "flat chested" girl if she is not shy about it herself ;o)
