How secure are strapless dresses?

I kind of want to wear a strapless dress to homecoming, but I don't want to worry about it getting pulled down.

wear a tight one. if they are going to pull on it hard enough to get that down.... straps wouldnt help anyway.
Strapless dress or better know as easy access highway. It could be worse you could go naked!
Make sure it fits you but kinda tight. Not to tight though, because you want to be comfortable for homecoming just wear a strapless bra underneath and if it is coming down alittle, just pull it up or pin the back on the inside. I REALLY DO HOPE THIS HELPS! xoxo hair love
Strapless dresses are made fairly well. When you try it on, have someone with you give it a tug and see how secure it is around your bust. Btw, if you're that worried about someone pulling it down, maybe you ought to consider wearing a dress that has straps and not hanging around the person/people who think it is funny to yank down a female's dress inorder to expose her breasts. I think that's creepy. Pepper.
