Cheap Party Dresses

Does anyone know any good white ruffle and/or strapless short dresses for a reasonable price?

I am looking for a prom dress. Preferably white strapless with a ruffle top or just strapless or just a ruffle top. Short and white are my two main concerns. I haven't had any luck and prom is coming up. THANK YOU!
