Do strapless halter dresses squeeze your breasts too much?

I've notice many ladies enjoy halter dresses and strapless ones. But some halter dresses appear to squeeze the chest too much. Because of the size I've notice boob slips from strapless halter dresses at times. Do strapless halter dresses squeeze your breasts too much to cause nipple slips? or Is it that some ladies wear the wrong size of dress?

1. bustier girls tend to have that problem. no dress is made for every body type. if your smaller chested you could probably get away with wearing one. if not then try to find something that holds you in place better
2. they do need to be tight in order to stay up (they will slip down otherwise) if there is a "nipple slip" they dress probably wasnt tight enough. because of gravity, they will not slip upward. the dress will slip down. for me, it ends up being tight enough to the point its difficult to breath, this prevents those 'slips'. which is why i dont end up wearing them. lol
3. I think its not that their tight but to loose. It also depends on the breasts the larger the more prone to overspill. The small the more prone to accidents. Try double sided tape if your afraid of nipple slips. I do believe that many ladies wear the wrong size dress as well. No one likes to admit that their larger not even to themselves.
4. Well, I'm going to assume you just mean halter dress, because a strapless halter is contradictory. (A halter is when the straps are attached around the neck instead of connecting to the back of the shirt, so there are straps). I'm sure that boob slips wouldn't be an issue in the right size of the dress because typically the chest area surrounds the breast completely. There wouldn't really be much chance for it to fall out.
5. The right size of bra is a girl's best friend. It is there to support, to enhance and to protect no matter what dress style she wears. If a girl chooses to dress in a size too small for her, she's asking for trouble - great discomfort and possible health issues. And no girl in her right mind would go to such lengths in vanity's name.
