Can anyone give me some advice on strapless dresses?

I have a wedding tomorrow and I'm wearing a black strapless dress, I have a strapless Very Sexy bra by Victoria's Secret and I want for it to look fuller in my boob area instead of so flat from it being fitted and strapless...does anyone has any suggestions besides the padded push up strapless bra?

1. maybe some inserts you can put in your bra to push them up? their at walmart i know... or going braless and using pasties to cover the nipple area
