Where can I find basic bustiers to sew into strapless dresses?

I make strapless dresses and usually use rigilene (sp?) to bone them. But I think it would be easier to just by a basic bustier and sew that in. If only I could one...

1. The best are made by making a custom, zero-ease princess bodice for the wearer, and cutting that in a firm fabric like coutil, then adding boning, lining, shell fabric and waist stay. For some things, off the shelf just doesn't do a good enough job, and this is one of 'em.
