How can I tighten the flabby area under my arms that gets accented when I wear strapless dresses?

I like strapless dresses, but they never seem to look good on me because of that extra flab under my arms, which becomes really noticeable. I stick more to halter type dresses, but I would like to be able to wear strapless dresses too -- is there something I can do to lessen the flab, like exercises or something?

  3. cadio melts off the fat so try swinging your arms around alot while you get cardio. Here try this website it has a crap load of info on stuff like that.
