1. Depends if you find a good place, i got mine from www.aperfectdress.co.uk was fantastic, very quick and they changed anything on the dress i asked them for that they didn't like!!!
2. A bridal shop is a good place. My favorite is a black full length that has the illusion of being strapless because the shoulders and sleeves are made of a sheer material.
